HOLZ.ai s. r. o. Acceptable Use Policy

Customers of HOLZ.ai s. r. o. who engage in activities prohibited by this policy may face service suspension or account termination. In severe instances, we may be legally compelled to report such customers to relevant authorities.

Our facilities are provided with the expectation of "business as usual" use. Should usage be deemed excessive, additional fees may apply, or capacity may be restricted.

We stand firmly against all forms of abuse, discrimination, rights infringement, or any actions that harm or disadvantage any individual, group, or resource. We expect our customers and their users ("end users") to use our Products in a similarly responsible manner.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are accountable for their actions and for the actions of anyone using our Products with their permission. This responsibility extends to unauthorized use resulting from the customer's failure to implement adequate security measures.

By using our Products, customers agree to ensure compliance with this policy on behalf of any end user. Complaints about customer or end-user actions will be directed to the designated contact for the account.

If a customer, their end user, or anyone using our Products because of the customer violates this policy, we reserve the right to terminate any associated Products or accounts, or to take any remedial or preventive actions deemed appropriate without notice. To the fullest extent allowed by law, no service credit will be given for service interruptions due to policy violations.

Prohibited Activities

  • Copyright Infringement and Unauthorized Material Access: Our Products must not be used to transmit, distribute, or store material that violates any applicable laws. This includes, but is not limited to, materials protected by copyright, trademark, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights used without authorization, obscene materials, defamatory content, illegal threats, or export control violations.
  • SPAM and Unauthorized Message Activities: Our Products must not be used to send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages in violation of local laws and regulations ("spam"). This includes sending spam, soliciting responses from spam, or collecting replies to spam from other service providers. Messaging lists must be "confirmed opt-in," with verification available for the lifetime of the list.
  • Unethical, Exploitative, and Malicious Activity: Our Products must not be used to promote, distribute, or enable software or activities designed to violate this policy or others' acceptable use policies. This includes facilitating spam or engaging in malicious activities like hacking, cracking, or introducing viruses or malicious code.
  • Unauthorized Use of HOLZ.ai's Property: Impersonation of HOLZ.ai, misrepresentation of a business relationship with HOLZ.ai, or fraudulent use of HOLZ.ai properties is prohibited.

Customer Cooperation

Customers are expected to quickly address any issues related to their sites and applications. In the event of suspected illegal activity, customers must cooperate with HOLZ.ai and any law enforcement authority, providing any necessary information to resolve the incident.

Password and Account Security

Customers are responsible for the security of their usernames and passwords and must ensure their confidentiality and proper use. In case of any potential compromise, customers must promptly notify HOLZ.ai.

System and Network Resource Usage

Customers must not make excessive use of HOLZ.ai's system or network resources, nor interfere with the fair use of these resources by others.

Content Regulations

Publishing, distributing, or disseminating illegal or offensive materials through our service is prohibited. HOLZ.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if such materials are found.

Legal Obligations

Users of HOLZ.ai's Products must comply with all applicable laws and third-party rights, including data privacy, intellectual property, and defamation laws. It is the customer's responsibility to seek legal advice on these matters as needed.

Policy Violations

HOLZ.ai reserves the right to pursue all available legal and equitable remedies in the event of a policy violation. Investigations may involve gathering information from involved parties and reviewing materials on HOLZ.ai's servers.

Customers should report any policy violations or inquiries to HOLZ.ai through official channels. HOLZ.ai reserves the right to revise this policy at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the HOLZ.ai website. Continued use of our Products after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
